OUR SERVICE
Croceus acts solely as a network to introduce property opportunities to qualifying individuals and entities. All offers and opportunities are made under the authority of each provider. By networking with clients and prospects who have opted into our network and who understand the services we offer, we can connect clients with opportunities that they may not have been able to gain access to, or even be aware of. Croceus provides a service that is based around a consultative conversation to establish which if any of the opportunities that Croceus is authorised to offer, is of any interest to the individual or their business. Croceus receives a commission from the developer for any property sales that are generated from the opportunities offered or in some cases the introduction of the individual to the developer's businesses, once the prospect completes a purchase. Croceus do not perform any regulated activities and all opportunities offred, are not covered or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and therefore, no opportunities offered are covered under the Financial Conduct Compensation Scheme. Croceus will never handle client money, nor will we ask for money directly from any individual or entity.
